UnderDeck
UnderDeck is a patented innovative maintenance free vinyl ceiling drainage system that attaches to the underside of your second level deck. It will turn the once dark, dingy area under your deck into a dry, bright, clean area that family and friends can enjoy for years to come. BayWatch Development Corporation is installing UnderDeck as a simple, attractive and functional solution to the age-old problem of stopping the drips beneath your deck. The most impressive feature of UnderDeck is it can be removed with ease for deck repairs or to add lighting and other additional features to your deck and is just as easily re-installed when your addition or cleaning is complete. For those worried about headroom under you deck, UnderDeck only adds 2” to the bottom of your existing deck.

- UnderDeck can be installed after deck construction is complete – does not need to go in before deck boards go down.
- Can be custom cut around vents on ledger board so you don’t lose access to cleaning out vents that get covered up by the other systems.
